There are many outdoor spaces to enjoy in Brighouse. Take a stroll along the canal and visit Anchor Pit Lock. Take the family to Wellholme Park and Pickle Bridge or visit Cromwell Bottom Nature Reserve which is situated between Brighouse and Elland with the River Calder running running through it. Here you will find a mix of woodland, wetlands and grasslands and it is rich in plants and wildlife.
